This Data Privacy Policy applies to UX Bonfire and sets forth our policies for collecting and using information on our website and other UX Bonfire social media platforms, as well as for all of our surveys and questionnaires. It is an agreement between you and UX Bonfire regarding the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information.
As an online venue connecting UX of Web3 enthusiasts and Web3 service providers, the information you voluntarily submit to us can be posted on our website or social media platforms. As a result, this information may be shared with and used by other users and site/platform visitors. If you do not want your data to be used in this way, please do not submit it to us.
The usage of personal data
We use the personal information we collect about you to provide services to registered users and website visitors and to improve our website and services. We will not share or publish your contact information, personal names, or emails.
However, your design and contributor profile and design services or design job description and any details you provide there, including photos, will be published and shared with our website users and members. By providing and submitting the information to us, you agree to this use of your personal information.
To offer you jobs or find you a mentor/ mentee/ designer/ researcher, we may need to contact you.

Users retain the right to withdraw from the community at any time, and UX Bonfire will promptly delete user's data.
Research studies
To match you with our UX research studies that best fit your type of expertise, we will ask you to provide us with data. This can consist of surveys, usability tests, interviews, etc.
Depending on the reward payment option, we may need your BSC address. However, we will never ask you for your key or seed phrase.
Job posting

If you are a Web3 service provider, we collect and store any additional information you provide in your vacancy posting. This includes, but is not limited to: the type of help you are looking for, the schedule, the location, the hourly rate, a detailed job description, the skills required, pictures and any other information you provide in your job posting.

If you are a Design or Research Service Provider, we collect and store all of the additional information that you provide to us in your profile. This includes, but is not limited to: the type of service you offer, including style preferences, specializations, availability, your location, education, certificates, languages or any other information you wish to include in your profile.
Disclosure of Information
UX Bonfire will not disclose personal data that you provide on its websites/platforms to third parties except i) under the terms of this Data Privacy Policy; or ii) to comply with legal requirements such as laws, regulations, warrants, subpoenas or court orders; and/or iii) if you report an adverse event/side effect, in which case UX Bonfire may be required to disclose such information to entities such as, but not limited to, United Kingdom or international regulatory authorities. Please note that any of these disclosures may involve storing or processing personal data outside your country. Therefore, they may be subject to different data protection laws than those applicable in the United Kingdom, including laws that require disclosure of personal data to government authorities in circumstances that differ from those in the United Kingdom.
